Worksite Risk Analysis and OSHA Compliance
The Budget and Reconciliation Act, which was passed by the 101st Congress, increased the amount for penalties that may be imposed by the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA). Currently the maximum allowable penalty of $70,000 for each willful or repeated violation and $7,000 for each serious or other than serious violation may be assessed.
Worksite Risk Analysis assists in reducing exposure of liability from OSHA non-compliance resulting in penalties and determines the appropriate steps required to control/ reduce losses resulting from accidents and injuries.
Employers Resource Associates performs an initial confidential Worksite Risk Analysis that will evaluate and identify the strengths and weaknesses of your current safety programs and compliancy with federal and state mandated OSHA requirements.
The Worksite Risk Analysis includes:
- A thorough inspection of your facilities and/or work sites
- A review of your current safety programs
- An evaluation of the entire facility/operation
- A comprehensive written report that includes findings and potential risk factors and recommendations for improvement.
ERA can also provide General Liability Inspections assisting in a possible reduction in your General Liability Insurance premium.
