"Employers Resource Associates assisted us greatly in our safety efforts. We were working on a large build with about 160 framers when they came out to do their Site Safety and Compliance Inspection. The Inspection was thorough and they pointed out some safety issues we could have been penalized for by OSHA. Through the weeks they were like one of the crew. I really saw a positive change in the way my workers regarded safety. They tried to be safer with each visit ERA made. Their expertise saved me potentially thousands of dollars, not only in potential OSHA penalties, but in work related injuries and associated lost productivity.

They also provided us with our written compliance programs, Occupational Safety and Health manual and Site specific Forklift Training. And they worked with our busy schedule.
